Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
